These include professional development sessions for local teachers, in-school workshops and community classes, as well as witnessing some local young dancers taking their very first steps into the world of ballet in a QB Petit Pointers class, right there in their hometown.

“This tour is the perfect way to see Queensland Ballet’s work beyond the stage while enjoying the beauty and local charms of our regional communities,” she said. Queensland Ballet supporters Ailbhe and Frank Cunningham have booked in and said they are looking forward to the trip.
“We think this is a wonderful project - we can’t imagine a better way to travel West than in the Company of Queensland Ballet,” Ailbhe said.
