2017 Matilda award nominees


Ben Winspear (Johan) and Marta Dusseldorp (Marianne) in Scenes from a Marriage, which won a Best Director nomination for Paige Rattray.

The awards will take place on Tuesday February 6 at 6:30 pm for a 7 pm start at the Brisbane Powerhouse, 119 Lamington St, New Farm. The event will be hosted by Bridget Boyle & Bryan Probets and directed by Kris Stewart

One Gold Matilda Award honouring an individual, organisation or creative team for an outstanding contribution to Brisbane Theatre will be announced on the evening of 6th February, 2017.

Silver Matilda Awards will be presented to an artist or company for commendable work in each of the following categories.
