Lisa Fischer steps into her own spotlight

After four decades of performing with stars like Mick Jagger and The Rolling Stones, Tina Turner, Chaka Khan, and Nine Inch Nails, Lisa Fischer is headlong her own tour with her new band Grand Baton.

The Grammy Award winning singer is bringing her show to the Concert Hall, Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) on Friday 10 June 2016, as part of Queensland Cabaret Festival.

Her performance has influences, from Led Zeppelin and Little Willie John, The Rolling Stones to Tina Turner.

Fischer’s voice has created albums and performed live for decades, for a many of music legends including but not limited to The Rolling Stones, Aretha Franklin, Nine Inch Nails, Bobby McFerrin, George Benson, Diana Ross, Laurie Anderson, Teddy Pendergrass, Dionne Warwick, Grover Washington, Billy Ocean, Melba Moore and Patti LaBelle.
