Technicolour Theatre Company’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream
This fledging company is staging Shakespeare’s most famous comedy in the Botanical Gardens on the Gold Coast.
The season runs from July 22-25 (for four productions) and features a cast of Coast-based actors including the actress and recording artist known as AJ (Titania), Alex Kaan (Oberon), Katy Charles Otto (Puck), Rory Schiele (Bottom) Sophie Kleinschmidt & Sam Howlett (as the lovers Hermia & Lysander) and Samuel Hocking & Trent Owers (in the gender-flip role of Helenus & Demetrius) among others.
Technicolour Theatre is a Gold Coast based independent company and promotors of youth-led theatre and professional development for young artists in south-east Queensland.
