Channelling Sinatra and Frankie Valli live


Moreton Bay Theatre Company is presenting Thomas Armstrong-Robley in Live at Frankie's, his celebration of Frank Sinatra & Frankie Valli at the Neverland Theatre, 56A 4-6 Burke Crtescent North lakes.

Direct from performances in over 25 countries across Europe, Asia and North America, it features a catalogue of timeless hits which have sold a combined 250 million copies.

With his ability to deliver the cool crooning & quick wit of Sinatra and the soaring falsetto & light tenor of Valli, it promises to be a high octane concert experience.

Trained at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Thomas's experience includes stage shows, corporate entertainment, radio, film and a variety of musical acts. He has performed leading roles in stage shows such as The Secret Garden, The Phantom of the Opera, Best Little Whorehouse In Texas, Grease, The Pirates of Penzance and RENT.

Born in England and raised in Australia, Thomas has performed and hosted at events including the Queensland Tourism Awards, Queensland Pops Orchestra: On Broadway, Queensland Pops Orchestra: Side By Side alongside, Relay for Life, Wishlist Spring Carnival, Sails Festival, Scarborough Sounds, Jetty Fiesta and QLD MEA Awards.

Directorial credits include Into the Woods, Cinderella, Grease, The Pirates of Penzance, The Wizard of Oz, You're Next and Like A Metaphor which earned over twenty awards for its performances on the 2015/16 Queensland Drama Festival circuit including a nod for best director. In early 2016 Thomas lead a cast of 12 under 18's to the USA competing in the iTheatrics Junior Theatre Festival in Atlanta, GA where his team; the sole representatives of Australia earned three major awards for their performances in the festival.

Thomas is a passionate theatre-maker and has had successful seasons of his cabarets including Cirque De La Opera, Love Train, Music of the Night, Love, Loss & Luxury and Valentines with the King of Swing. In 2016 Thomas completed an east coast tour of Elegies for Angels, Punks & Raging Queens, performed the starring role of John Bender in The Breakfast Club and directed Jesus Christ Superstar starring X Factor winner Altiyan Childs and The Voice grand finalist Frank Lakoudis. His recent credits include Flaws & All at Adelaide Fringe Festival (The Prince), Peppa Pig Playdate (Lifelike Touring), The Wizard of Oz (Director) and appeared more than 200 times as lead vocalist for The Jersey Tones: a live tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons.
