Kate Miller-Heidke in concert
Award winning singer/songwriter and Brisbane native Kate Miller-Heidke brings her Helpmann Award winning show to the Concert Hall, Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) joined by Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra, Camerata of St John’s on Friday 10 March 2017.
Touring her show for the first time since its 2016 premier in Tasmania at MOFO, conducted by Benjamin Northey, Kate will also be accompanied by visuals from multi-award winning Australian director, Amy Gebhardt.
This concert event, accompanied by Camerata of St John’s in an expanded format, will present audiences with an orchestral re-imagining of Kate’s catalogue, featuring favourites from her album, new material and songs from her most recent Helpmann Award theatre performance The Rabbits.
Camerata of St John’s will be joined by their extended family of winds, brass and percussion.
